Do you have a call out fee or any hidden costs?
We offer free call out within our standard service area and do not add GST to quoted hourly rates. There are no hidden fees; we are always honest and upfront.

If you can't fix the issue, will you still charge me?
We have a no fix, no charge policy. That means, if we are not able to fix the issue, you will not be charged. Note that some exceptions do apply.

What are your rates?

I am outside of your service area, can you still help me?
If you are outside of our service area, we are still happy to help you, but you may be charged additional travel charges. If you are not sure if you are in our service area, call us to check!

Do you service businesses too?
Absolutely! We have experience working with business software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, Word, Excel and Outlook. We are also experienced in setting up office networks and cost-effective backup & file sharing solutions. So from home office to small or medium business, we can solve your computer issues.

Do you offer afterhours and weekend service?
Yes! In fact, we specialise in afterhours service. We can come to you in the evening or on the weekend, so you don't have to take the day off work to get your PC or Mac fixed.

Do you service Apple computers (iMacs & MacBooks)?
Yes - we can assist with any issues relating to software, networking and Internet. We can also fix hardware issues, such as a faulty hard drive or a memory upgrade. However, some hardware issues can only be fixed at an Apple store. If you are not sure what your issue relates to, feel free to give us a call to discuss.
